England vs India 5th Test Match 2021 Canceled Due to Increased Corona Outbreak

The 5th Test between England vs India 2021 has been canceled due to an increased corona outbreak. Although the corona result of the cricketers was negative, after the corona test result of the cricketers was negative, it was thought that the fifth test would be played on the field.

The fifth Test between England and India was to be held in Manchester. However, some Indian cricketers have expressed concern over the rising incidence of corona on all four sides of the training camp. The series was then canceled by the cricket boards of the two countries. India won the series 2-1.

India’s head coaches Ravi Shastri, Bharat Arun, R Sridhar, and physio Nitin Patel contracted the coronavirus during the fourth Test of the Oval Series. Corona was sent to quarantine during the fourth Test against England and the Indian team management was attacked.

Cricketer Corona was also tested during the match. Although all of them had negative results. Before the start of the fifth Test, another member of India’s coaching panel was attacked by Corona. However, the name was not disclosed.

Ever since then, there have been rumors that the Indian team wants to return home without playing the fifth Test. The fifth Test of the series has finally been canceled with the consent of the two boards.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is aiming to ensure that no cricketer misses the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to corona. The IPL has already been forced to close midway due to the coronavirus epidemic.
